I found So Yesterday to be extremely different then the rest of the Scott Westerfeld books that I have read. As different as it was, it was still a highly interesting read with some interesting characters.

My favorite character was Jen; she was a truly fascinating character, plus it was hilarious what she did to Hunter's hair.
I think my favorite characters in the book would have to be those who were innovators. They were ten times more interesting to read about compared to of the "pyramid of cool" people.
So Yesterday was one of those book were I liked the secondary character more then the MC. It was probably do to the fact that the non-MC's had more of a personality then Hunter did in the beginning of the book.
My favorite part of the book would have to be when Jenn and Hunter crashed the party; it was so very funny.
Least favorite part of the book would have to be that there weren't more action scenes.
In the end So Yesterday was an interesting, yet different read by on of my favorite authors.

 So Yesterday earns 4 out of 5 pineapples.
