In My Mailbox (99) My Wish List Just Got Shorter!

In My Mailbox, Inspired by Alea of Pop Culture Junkie and hosted by Kristy of The Story Siren.
Review:
Cryer's Cross (audiobook) by Lisa McMann read by Julia Whelan, 2011. Published by Audioworks/Simon and Schuster Children's Publishing.
I'm currently listening to Cryer's Cross and am absolutely enjoying it. Cannot wait to finish it.

Thanks to Lauren & Simon and Schuster.

The Odd Job Squad by Karl Fields, 2011.
I'm really excited about this one because it's a mid-grade book, and I've really been enjoying my foray into MG books of late.

Thanks to Karl Fields for the copy.

Won (from the awesome The {EPIC} Rat:
Eon: The Dragoneye Reborn (Eon, 1) by Alison Goodman,  2010 (first published in 2008). Published by Firebird.
Eon has been on my wish list for ages because it looks like one amazing fantasy read. I cannot wait to delve into Eon. =)

Heist Society (Heist Society, 1) by Ally Carter, 2010. Published by Disney Hyperion.
Ally Carter has to be one of my absolute favorite authors. I just love every book of hers that I have read, and that includes Heist Society which I read last year.

Pathfinder (Serpent World, 1) by Orson Scott Card, 2010. Published by Simon Pulse.
Believe it or not, but I have never read anything by Orson Scott Card. When I first heard about Pathfinder I knew I would have to read it one day, and now I have can. Really looking forward to my first book by this author.

A Spy in the House (The Agency, 1) by Y.S. Lee, 2010. Published by Candlewick.
This is another book taht I've had my eye on for quite sometime. Cannot wait to read it, especially since it's set in the 1850s.

A giant thank you goes out to C. of The {EPIC} Rat.

Library:
Joker by Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo, 2008. Published by DC Comics.
While the cover may not be too pretty, I'm really excited about reading Joker. Of course I've only been waiting to read it from the library for a couple of weeks.
As you can see I had a wunderbar week for receiving books this week, plus my wish list just got a lot shorter with all these lovely titles that I've been wanting to get for ages. =)

Around the blog this week-
I reviewing Peter Nimble and His Fantastic Eyes by Jonathan Auxier (5 of 5 pineapples) and Gaba Kawa by Rie Takada (4 of 5 pineapples).
My Teaser Tuesday was from the brilliant Peter Nimble, which I am also Wishing for along with Stepping on Roses 1 by Rinko Ueda.
End credits for the High Summer Read-a-Thon.
News on Michael Grant's new book and story experience; as well as a follow up with more information on it with a Q&A.
Lastly, my latest attempt to not fail epically at RAK for the month of August.
