Oh my gosh, I cannot wait to see what will happen next in Stephen Zimmer's Rising Dawen saga, especially since The Exodus Gate kind of had a bit of a cliff-hanger ending.

I have never read a novelette before, so I'm pretty excited about this one. Plus the fact that both books combined are so short I can just devour them in about an hours time.

I don't believe that I have ever read a historical mid-grade book, but Chasing the Nightbirs sounds like an interesting read. Plus I adore the cover.

Okay, a Dickens tale featuring a cat I cannot wait to read this one.

Alice 19th: The Lost Word 7 by  Yu Watase, 2004. Published by Viz Media.
The ending of the Alice 19th series was so good. I will definitely be re-reading this series again and will one day review it on the blog.

Nightschool: The Weirn Books 1 by Svetlana Chmakova, 2009. Published by Yen Press.
This one was okay, not outstanding but not a complete waste of reading time. I haven't decided if I'm going to look into reading the next volume of it yet.



The Suicide Murders (A Benny Cooperman Mystery) by Howard Engel, 1980. Published by St. Martin's Press.
I'm hoping that this book will not disappoint, mainly because I felt the need to read an old mystery book and this one just happened to have caught my eye at the library.

I do believe that this is it for me this week in books. I do hope that I haven't forgotten any, I may have since this is kinda of last minute.
Since this has been sucha  long post, there will be no wround the blog this week... except for this.
