In My Mailbox was started by Kristi of The Story Siren and inspired by Alea of Pop Culture Junkie. Sadly the only books I order are those that are hard to find. The following books are from the library and bookstores.

I had been waitting for Infinity to come in, since I put my name on the waiting list in July, and I finally got a chance to read it and it was awesome. Let's just say I finished the whole book in like a day. Yep, you heard me, I read the all 448 pages in a day. I'm definitely looking forward to the next book in the series.

Fruits Basket, vol 5 by Natsuki Takaya, 2004.

The Sohma household takes to the lake for a vacation at their summerhouse. However, the peaceful silence is deafening, as Yuki and Kyo are once again not on speaking terms. Will Tohru's klutzy kindness get the dueling duo back to their old cat-and-mouse antics once again?

I loved, Fruits BAsket 5, it was such a laugh. Can't wait to read the next one.


Fruits Basket, vol 7 by Natsuki Takaya, 2005.

Tohru and company have been having a lot more fun ever since Kisa came to visit. Now it's time for Tohru to meet another member of the Zodiac--the skillfully sarcastic grade-school student, Hiro! One way or another, this tyke will have to deal with his resentment of Tohru and his affection for Kisa!

Yay!! Another volume of Fruits Basket. I love this series, it such a fun way to break up my reading list by just relaxing with the antics of the crazy characters. I've already put the next volume on order.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my library had a copy of Birth of a Killer, so much so that I immediately checked it out. I will definitely starting it as soon as I finish re-reading The Chronicles of Narnia.

Well, as you can see my library has finally worked out the majority of the kinks in their new system, and I have taken full adventage of that fact and stocked up on some great reads. Most of which I have already finished.
