Reading about Jacky trying to become a well turned out lady was frankly very funny and also at times very painful. Especially since she has like the worst table manners ever.

  I think the most interesting part of the whole book is when this old man keeps trying to kill her because he believes that she is a witch and up to no good. I also enjoyed the letters that were written between Jaimy and Jacky, even though they never really got to read what the other had wrote do to the fact that their letters were being kept from them. The only thing I would change about this book would be the character of Amy she was irritating and very boring.
  On a whole this book was very enjoyable with plenty of action and a smidge of mystery.
