To Sherlock Holmes she is always the woman. I have seldom heard him mention her under any other name. Adventure I. "A Scandal in Bohemia", page 1.
Great teaser! Those Sherlock Holmes stories were great. My teaser is from Brothers in Arms by Lois McMaster Bujold. Happy reading!

ReplyDeleteThe Epic Rat: I really liked the whole boook, but so far my favorite case has been A Scandal in Bohemia (from The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes). ^_^
