Coffins was extremely dry! It took forever to pick up and to actually get to why the Coffin's were cursed.
Although once the book got into the heart of the families problem it was pretty good, it just took awhile to get to that point.
Sadly I didn't find any of the characters to be very memorable (it's been a bit since I've read this book)
If you don't like gory details of brutal deaths I would recommend passing up on this book, but if that kind of thing doesn't bother you feel free to read it for yourself.
