Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. To participate, simply do the following: Grab your current read Open to a random page Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn't give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

This week's teasers are taken from Lug, Dawn of the Ice Age by David Zeltser, The Unfinished Life of Addison Stone by Adele Griffin, Watch Out, Hollywood! More Confessions of a So-Called Middle Child by Maria T. Lennon,  and Evil Fairies Love Hair by Mary G. Thompson. Enjoy.

Lug, Dawn of the Ice Age by David Zeltser (my review):
But what scared me even more was the look on Boss Hog's face. He was the biggest, toughest man I had ever seen, and even he looked appalled.

The Unfinished Life of Addison Stone by Adele Griffin (my review):
She'd always been an unpredictable girl, but what she'd done that day wasn't just a prank, or a teen being quirky. It was a wildness inside her.
Watch Out, Hollywood! More Confessions of a So-Called Middle Child by Maria T. Lennon (my review):
I mastered the hair flip, hand on hip, angry departure. Most of the real action takes place in the gym. It's where they cook up their evil plots-that, and the locker room, of course.

Evil Fairies Love Hair by Mary G. Thompson (my review):
"The magic is bigger than us. You've created an imbalance by having three of you and breaking so many rules. It's happening whether we want it to or not."
