Emblazon Tween Blog Launch

Good afternoon, my lovely followers. Today I would like to introduce y'all to a wonderful sounding tween blog, Emblazon, which is founded and run by some awesome tween authors.

Here's what they have to say about their new website:
Emblazon is a blog written by a collection of indie and traditionally published authors who care about producing high quality stories for kids. We have a particular focus on ages 11 to 14. We call them Tweens. The purpose of Emblazon is to celebrate tween literature. We want to draw attention to this fabulous genre, interact with other enthusiasts whether child or adult, and encourage new writers.

About Emblazon:
A wise person once said, “Write your name on the heart of a child.” We hope to emblazon our stories there.

Emblazon is a collection of authors–some indie, some traditionally published–who have each produced at least one children’s novel. Our audiences range from fifth grade to young adult, but we have a particular focus on ages 11 to 14. Some call them upper middle grade; others call them low young adult. They’re somewhere in the middle and can lean either way. We call them Tweens.

The first three Wednesdays of every month, we post about some aspect of reading and writing tween literature. We hope our experiences help you to emblazon your own story. The fourth Wednesday is your turn. That’s when we host a monthly feature called Tween the Weekends. We hope you’ll join us on this adventure! (cited from their about page)
