Hook's Revenge by Heidi Schulz:

On Tuesday, Jocelyn startled the head cook, who rather foolishly did not expect a twelve-year-old girl to come flying down the banister brandishing a wooden sword and singing a bawdy sea chantey at the top of her lungs. A tea tray of French pastries dropped on the manor's finest Persian rug was clearly no one's fault but the cook's own.

After waiting nearly a year to read  Hook's Revenge, I can honestly say that it was brilliant!! If this teaser does not have your interest piqued, then you need to check out my review and then get your hands on this wonderful read!!
