Here's the thing I've never understood about the Alvarez boys. We'll battle to the death if we believe in something, yet we always end up doing what my mother or Irene wants.

Finally reviewed this one yesterday!! Probably one of my favorite books from last year.

You want to see my full thoughts on The Life and Times of Benny Alvarez because this book is pretty great!! Loved the way things came about and the ending, my poor heart (in a good way that is)!!
