Shipwreck Island by S.A. Bodeen:

By the time they were done cleaning up the dinner table, the thunder and wind and rain were so loud that they had to yell to be heard. The boat was all over the place, climbing up and then plunging so far that Sarah's stomach lurched like she was on a roller coaster.

You know what, even though I was somewhat annoyed by the character's behavior during some of the book, I really enjoyed the adventure that this book brought to the table. You can see my full thoughts on Shipwreck Island by visiting my review of it.
